not as nice as i wanted, considering the fact that i only had two hours to bake and decorate. i forgot to buy eggs, the time limit didn't allow the cake to cool fast enough so the frosting kept melting, and my oven sucks. but.. he loved it anyways. :)

 i didn't have toothpicks so i had to use chopsticks to check the done-ness. the frosting was supposed to cover that, but nope it melted right in.

 even the little roses melted.. and he got me roses. three. two to symbolize the two years and one for next year.
